By accessing or using Revivic's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Revivic provides professional garbage bin cleaning services on a subscription or one-time basis. Our service includes sanitization, deodorization, and exterior cleaning of residential waste bins.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscription plans are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Service Availability
Our services are currently available in Gilbert, AZ 85297. Service availability may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you of any schedule changes.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure bins are accessible on scheduled cleaning days. Bins should be placed curbside or in an accessible location. We are not responsible for bins that are inaccessible or locked behind gates without access provided.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, notify us within 48 hours and we will re-clean your bins at no additional charge. Refunds for subscription payments will be prorated based on remaining unused service in the billing period.
7. Limitation of Liability
Revivic's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
